A magnificent ruffling of the feathers, however the cold hard facts are that selling off huge assets with proven potential is a certain recipe for staying small., and poor. As for a JV partner.... no one has a  JV partner... until they get one. Unfortunately the last one hit a concrete bridge abutment at about 160kph.

By the way we do  have a JV partner in   the African venture.  Those who wish to reap must first sow.. and of course tend the crop. More cold hard facts are that this business (as are most)  is a gamble.  Further I don't think the directors and large investors are running on emotions and not proper analyses .They didn't get a 6 million dollar grant on emotion.  Buy some bonds, you'll feel better.
