    Never seen a JV agreement take 5 years to sign,,,  must be other things on the side going on


    Let's explore some examples!


     * Maybe they're doing a secret drilling program to see what's really at tandarra to work out what to pay for the JV or T/0 of NML?

     * maybe these people have no idea how to negotiate a JV agreement?

     * maybe CYL playing low ball/games?
