SQM has leasing contract with Corfo in Atacama region.
Codelco only 18% of land in the Maricunga and they dont have the flat land to build the ponds.
i think it is just matter of time before they sort out the JV.
We are 4 weeks away from the release of the DFS so expect sp like a yoyo for now.
