    After reading the Brown's letter over I would feel much much more comfortable having someone like Paul Brown as Chairman.

    For me there'd be transparency and peace of mind.... something the current BOD have always lacked imo.


    As Brown's letter states.... this could possibly be our LAST opportunity to vote.(considering the dilution impacts of Cap Raisings) 

    A company imo that will look after ALL it's holders concerns within ASX rulings. No more second guessing.

    Eg...was Woojin, SMS Group or any of the other companies heavily involved in TNG offered the Vimson deal???cool.png


    TNG holders it's of no use complaining after the AGM you wish there was more transparency and accountiblity.

    To get the full picture the Brown's need over 50% of the votes.wink.png
