i believe that he has done an amazing job and been rumunerated handsomely---initially---that should be the end of it-----so how much is enough---would the rumuneration drop as much if they were losing money --highly unlikely---a very contentious issue--he is getting close to 1 million now--just because hes making the company money hand over fist,,should not change his wage---he is getting paid to do that  and is doing it well ---the money should be going to the shareholders or paying off debt--we r the ones risking our hard earned---just my take on it
