I have moved my trading recently from H4 & M5 to H4 & M1 just to provide a more stable and reliable profit gain every night.
On M5, you get 2- 3 good nights every week to earn some coin. On M1, there is good nights almost every night provided you can sit on a screen for a few hours. However M1 requires a very good Trade Manager to help set the trade parameters then managed the action on those quick 5 second trades.
