Delays cost money - this is a fact.

Well it's hard to see what is different today than what was the case at the start of October. Presumably we are looking at the same rented equipment on site and the same salaried staff (unless they are all on zero hours contracts and are kicking their heels at home of course). Presumably the same interest payments have to be met? Maybe a few penalty clauses in raw materials purchase order contracts might have kicked in in addition?

If he was telling the truth to the court I can't see what has changed today, but I'm interested to know what might have reduced his costs if you have any ideas.
