only problem with all that is... it costs money!

money BDI doesn't have.

so it has to do another CR from the lowest point possible... which means a truckload of new shares issued to be comfortably funded, so $2m raised would be 2b shares... and who would give cash to such an outfit... someone who will stack the sell side so deep to clip the 0.0015c mid point trades.

good for them at 50% profit... but the churn would drive other holders insane.

can't see this moving in the short term... maybe a consolidation and then a CR... scary stuff indeed.
