Lev has already told shareholders what he thinks.....he sent a letter to all holders so it's not like he does not have a voice.
He had an even bigger voice in the operations when he was a board member, but chose to quit as he did not have a time to spend on CLH and for each subsequent AGM after he quit, he seems to create this drama.
Unless the board, management, finance function and auditors are all working against Lev, it's hard to take the sentiment 'stop the rot' as a valid one....perhaps there are specific issues that may be troubling, but the attack against one & all in CLH in Lev's letter seems to be getting vindictive rather than pointing out very specific issues that he can prove mgmt have fudged.
