Managers/Directors are responsible for the effective delivery of projects, instigating and driving change for the business.

So when they breached trust, override rules and regulations and most importantly doing these with investors monies cannot acceptable any form and shape.

This is not poor business conduct, it is also breached moral values and personal integrity.

These type of managers has always struggle to deliver any promises, they can often hide and cut communications. Their drives are their fears and worries.

If managers put investors investment at risk because of their self interest then we cannot talk about moral values.
