hey Chuk all valid points and the GM resolution is only to remove the interim Chairman who is ultimately responsible for the Vimson discounting, failed oppies, 33%-50% drop in SP, lack of governance, poor communication and lack of transparency. I'm estimating atleast another 5% top 20 holder to support the Browns.. time will tell
