Yeah, it's selling for two reasons:
1. Fear mongering - volumes are so small both ways it's easy to manipulate the SP at this stage and see if you can con some more people into selling;
2. There is no material value to the announcements being made - at $100m market cap with $18m in the bank, that's $82m of inferred value which at this stage is considered by the market to be overvalued. When TNG finally organises finance for the mine this will consolidate the off-take (potential revenue) and that would be reflected in the SP going up / re-rate.
