1) Has the business developed at all since his appointment? It has progressed significantly BUT, I have no idea what he's had to do with that. Does anyone outside the current board?
2) You've watched his presentation right? I'd have fired him right after the first one I watched. It was like watching a watched cat gingerly working out where it could take a dump, then taking a gentle one in the corner, before walking off.
