The part you need to get is that their no1 Focus the last couple of months was preparing to meet and go to expos in QLD, Singapore, Germany and the USA.
They are still in the USA now for another week it seems.
So they havnt been focusing on the Website details, although they have been making updates and mdifications Ive noticed.
Theye is more that can be done, Im sure if you emailed them your suggestions they would get looked at and address those issues.
The Company isnt set up for online orders yet, thats not their focus, its expos and finding those to licence the product in those countries, Id say thats where there effort is going into.
