a few issues:

1] the R&D with CLQ had a side project to produce consistent high quality graphene oxide [GO].

if you could try to quantify what the JV ambitions are in this regard - like sell GO.

2] basis sell GO then what sort of market is there for very high consistent quality GO


3]' how is funding the 25% of the JV to be accomplished

CLQ have their AGM this Thursday - so something may come out of that re the JV


4] is there any tangible interest in the Micrens following last weeks presentation in USA?
I am sure there is - but if you could dig deeper - like how many large multi national companies with over usd1b market worth are interested.


5] Ionic have hinted at an ASX listing and in no rush to do so.
is there any thoughts to what the consolidation will likely be ahead of the move to try and list? 4:1 or maybe 5:1
maybe its not yet the time to think about that, so Ionic have not done so.

4:1 @ a listing price of 30 cents would be great - but that is probably over ally ambitious
