It is obvious that a chart prediction on this stock is not possible. Zero volume and holders are running out of patience. In order to move north again 14D needs that pilot project to be delivered on time followed by updates on the performance. If those news are good national as well as international interest will be almost guaranteed. 

Currently the only good news is, that 14D has a process which has been proved to work not only theoretical but also practical. Nevertheless the real world prove is yet to be made. Holders will have to keep their fingers crossed that we get some assuring news by the end of November and then a continues news flow. If the pilot is working more or less sufficient it will be about ability of delivering and up scaling the production in order to match expected interest. 

This stock is worth leaving the penny stock segment within Q1 2019 IF the company is able to deliver the promised steps.
