DRM have lower ASIC than SLR. I don’t think that this merger will result as easily as both parties want it to. Their will probably be the minority required to stop the merger/TO of DRM to SLR. I can’t see any other mining company wanting to merger with DRM, as both mining companies are within very close proximity to each other and their operations.
