That's one heck of a long way from the deep water port and I see somebody already did some maths and missed placed the decimal point undershooting by a factor of 10. Freight is not going to be cheap at all or as efficient as some in Australia. Hence why they are pressing for a cut off at 50% with low silica to try to make metrics work. Looks like a lot of positive thinking driving things at the moment. May be just a little too optimitic.
