Clearly, the Board is in defence mode given this is now their last hearing before they step away and the Class Action lawyers move in to take them to the cleaners for repeatedly misleading the market.

This deal with Oaktree is a complete stitch-up. If it was a such a great deal, why are the shares now wiped out to $1.00? The Board committed to shareholders to this poor deal and with a gun to their head they were told to approve (only the conversion rights). Amazing ASIC and ASX lets shareholders get burnt by such a horrific decision of these muppets
