agree strike while the iron is hot and get some cash flow, processing facility can come later.
Also good news on the drilling front:
"The drilling program is proceeding more rapidly than initially planned and to date 9 holes have been completed for 1607m of drilling (Figures Two, Three and Four). The initial geochemical assay results are expected in mid-December 2018. Following completion of the drilling program a JORC Inferred Mineral Resource will then be defined."
