Good point, i was thinking the same. The value of the pre-work is sizable but not going to be what they can get for it because at the end of the day it's what comes out of the ground.

I had a really good read of the TTW mission. they want to be a major producer in the area so this sits in well with MEI who are really an explorer. I'd say there will be a stock swap and royalties with some cash that goes on that pays off for both down the track. Tolga owns a bit of both so he wont screw himself (he has more in MEI than TTW)

Either way . .  MEI were not going to develop Midrim themselves. Flip it and sell it, take some ongoing coin and grow
