Positive reports from TNK and GEM and commentary that the oversupply of centre's is finally slowing. Developers finding it much more difficult to obtain finance as banks implement very strict lending criteria along with some newly completed centers opening with low occupancy, high rents and inexperienced operators. Should wash through over the next 12 months. Just need guidance reaffirmed now.
