Hi Process 1.
Firstly, while I have no reason to doubt your claims to be a engineer with a P.H.D. in energy minerals other than you are trying to lend more credence to your arguments that what you say is coming from a position of a well educated poster who's advice offers a more in-depth and professional insight into ADV's future prospects. Unfortunately, I have no means to validate your claims to be a Engineer , so I will just set that aside for the moment.
Secondly. ADV do have a Strategic Partner for Seymour Lake. Please see the following taken from the Company Presentation 21 Feb 2018.
• Binding term sheet signed with Yantai Jinyuan Mining MachineryCo., Ltd• Build-Operate Transfer (BOT) agreement for construction of alithium processing facility at site• Subject to Ardiden exercising option and aftering defining a 1MtJORC Mineral Resource at Seymour Lake in 2017, Yantai will beresponsible for the following:• Design, build, operate and transfer a lithium concentrate processingfacility for Seymour Lake• Provide 50% of the project funding• Either directly enter into, or facilitate the signing of, a 5-year off-takeagreement for up to 5,000tpa of lithium concentrate product fromSeymour Lake• Yantai is a highly experienced market leader in the production ofmining and pressing equipment, both in China and abroad
Next regarding progress, ADV is an explorer . They drill holes with assistance from the best available tech to try and locate the 'mother load' or "company maker", it is not an exact science however and there always going to be hits and misses so to speak. The really encouraging thing about ADV, is that the intercepts are getting thicker so heading in the right direction.
Finally, regarding the out look for lithium , this is the point were we most disagree. EV's and renewable energy are the way of the future, fossil fuels days are numbered. We are at the outset of the next Transport and Energy revolution and there is nothing the "old guard" can do to stop it. They may slow it down , as evident from the recent decline in all lithium stocks. But they will not be able to stop it. The tide has started to turn in our favour and only a foolish man would try to stop the tide from coming in.
Just remember back in may 2018 the company raised $6.11 million @ 1.3 cents per share to institutional and sophisticated investors. And that was before the last round of excellent results. Now you have the chance to buy in at nearly half that figure with over $5 million still in the bank. AS I have said before " Hard to pass ADV at these levels".
