Unlikely. It would be quite expensive... current market cap is $23m. They would need to bid.... $30m+ to succeed. maybe $40m. That wipes out half of the $70m raise, and for what advantage? If the tech is useful in managing their data set, just licence it for $250k a year and instead fly UK, France Belgium and Germany... and more.
