I'm voting AGAINST all upcoming resolutions.
I especially do not like the fact they are ONCE AGAIN Consolidating the Shares.
This is the SECOND time they have done this and it only eats further into the value of our holdings.
I strongly suggest all shareholders vote against this motion in particular.
I'm guessing they want to do another capital raising in the near future, to keep paying wages, I cannot see shareholders ever getting a dividend.
