Yes Fidel, this is a research report commissioned by Melbana.
When an unloved / unknowm micro cap has little (zero) analysis / coverage by brokers, there can be a significant benefit of having a report explain in layman's terms exactly what the prospects are, unencumbered by the tight ASX restrictions on what can and can't be said and or inferred in company announcements.
Also, the author of this report has to have a reasonable basis for his analysis and conclusions. In this case, you could argue he has been very conservative (refer my previous post on risk-weighting Beehive at only 5%).
Further, a report of this nature can be used by brokers who have no coverage within their firm but need some justification for recommending the stock to clients.
In my view, money well spent - for the above reasons and also because it graphically illustrates the massive potential upside if MAY finally crack a bit of luck in drilling next year. We are due!

I just found this Oiler through the Report. Totally slipped the radar. 1900 Monthly views on hotcopper compared to an Explorer like 88e that has been promoted heavily with 12k monthly views... Melbana has so much happening, It will be exciting to see how they progress early next year and the interest starts to Generate.
