Yes, we can contact the company directly. Does that mean all 2,500 shareholder should ring the company. Does that mean any new shareholders shoud firstly ring the company prior to undertaking any research? I don't think so.

I assume that you are satisfied due to you having a better understanding of the financial results and prospects of the company.

IF during your conversation you become aware (wether it is through greater transperancy) of information that the investment community would find useful, this may be determined to be market sensitive. As such the market should be informed.
