I don't think remuneration is an issue here.If they are all well paid and advancing the company, that 's all good.
ATM they are holding back the company with glacier speed progress, no clear strategy or direction and heaps of lame excuses.
Just wait for the next quarterly - same old same old.
As I said previously , the only hope for shareholders is a takeover from the like of BHP, Woodside, or Santos, will be another 10 years before the first drop of oil is produced if this lot is in charge.
