Appreciated playez.
Interestingly, a quick skim on research articles regarding the use of TPGs in dermal / transdermal / gel DDS highlights that it is still just very much being investigated / studied. So I am not sure that is a good example of a peer at this stage where TPM does actually generate "some" revenue.
Apparently been around some number of years but used in different DDS methods not dermal / transdermal /gel yet so, primarily it would seem because of its earlier FDA approvals it makes sense to use something already approved in the system for current DDS methods.
The question is then, has anyone commercially marketed TPGs in a dermal / transdermal / gel method? Not that I can see as yet unless u have a link or Ref?
Assumption may or may not be correct but has merit obviously given your question re comparison tests though I haven't noticed POH claiming superiority per se, just that it is an alternative penetration system that offers other potential benefits over existing methods.
Does your point about other potential competing compounds nullify or render TPM obsolete?
Unlikely. My view would be it is like any other type of product on the planet that has competitors and seeks some market share.
Whether that ever happens will be seen I guess.
Cheers again for diff thought process and I'll have a scout around for the competing compounds and at what stages they are at.
Have a good one.
