I read today that Deutsche Bank is maintaining their buy recommendation on PGH and has a price target of $5.50. They are quoted to say the revised earnings outlook for fy19 is conservative.
not sure of $5.50 is realistic or not but unless there is some major hidden issues it's got to be a buy here.
