So your not associated with CTP ? Are you a shareholder ? Why the hostility then ?
I think its poor that her re-election was rejected but the reality is that Dr Ryan was collateral damage. She was not the target but she was associated with them. Accept reality. 
You seem to use strong, aggressive language - in this thread it is a "disgrace" and in the other thread the voters were "useful idiots" but I am not sure you are seeing the forest for the trees. 
The current board has annoyed the shareholders ( whether its 1,3,5 or 9 shareholders - again - its irrelevant - its all about % of holdings ) with the fact that Gasteen and Moore have not resigned. A board that sacked the long serving and extremely polarising CEO without consultation with the shareholders is also a no-no. Unfortunately for Dr Ryan she was on a board that was completely ignoring the shareholders and was consequently blown up for it.
Feel free to put whatever spin you like on it ie "As you know most CTP shareholders are retail and asleep" etc etc. The reality is vary rarely do you see an election or a vote called and out of the turnout 72% vote against the recommendations of the board. If that's not a signal I don't know what is.
