So I think the angry man is saying it is a good deal for NST and that NST is likely to create increased value through the management premium afforded the stock which will accrue to its new investment if successful? I think that explains why NST commands the premium. They know a good deal.
As to parliamentary investigation. Investors value stocks in the clearing house of market action. Politicians aren't interest in interfering with the market process of valuation.
I am smiling because I know what is coming after I post this assessment.
