Some good points. Track records and lack of clarity around the exact nature of relationship with SS would put all of us on our guard, I suppose.
I understand if the 'end-game' is being fine tuned but I hope like hell that Vmoto has an exclusive Global (ex-China) distribution licence. Why can't they tell us in black and white terms if that is the case. Easy enough to do. If not an exclusive Global distribution deal, why did they do what they have done?
Also, Loop will be finalising their CR in next couple of days (Nov 16 - Canadian time) and if they get anywhere near close to the $5m, the installation of a Shanghai based BDM is going to add to the (unnecessary) intrigue (Can Vmoto 'sell' product to Loop for use in China or is that exclusively SS turf? Is Loop going to continue using Vmoto - does that include SS product- product exclusively?
Overall, though I feel a bit more positive given the release of the new SS product but like you, don't get why the company won't tell shareholders more about the exact nature of their business relationships.
BTW it is now mid November and accordingly, by the company's own release, the company is 'in a a position' to update the market on its forecasts. Drum roll........
