The top notch data due to be released this December is already factored into todays share price.
I don't expect any major change in the share price when this data is released.
So far we know from the phase 1 trial that the vaccine is not toxic and safe to use.In all three cohorts
using differing strengths of vaccine there were antibodies produced.
Imugene have decided on using the largest dose of vaccine to proceed into phase 2 trial presumably
due to a greater production of antibodies produced.
There has been no mention on how the stomach cancer tumour and metastases has responded to the antibody.
I doubt that this information will be released as it is only phase 1 trail and the point of the phase 1 trail data
is to see if the drug is safe and not toxic to proceed to a phase 2 trial.
We do know from data released from the phase 1 data in the breast cancer trial 50 percent of patients
had there disease stabilized.
In the b vaxx phase 1 trial data released there was a 50 percent response rate from the different solid tumours used in the trial.
It appears that the vaccines are efficacious but early days yet.
Big pharma will be watching very closely as more data is released.
