Combined entity would have about 1.3bn shares on issue under that scenario.
As you say 700koz pa at say US$700 ASIC. That's 75% of the way to matching NST. Would still leave huge upside.
You're not wrong in that the timing isn't ideal for RSG but as a holder of both I wouldn't be unhappy.
