geez you have an issue with director exercising options at higher than market rate - personally if I was after a large holding and wanted to avoid buying in at a higher price then I would have done the same. that simple fact seems to elude you - can't get your head around it. also if he's happy to exercise his options then what is it to you - really none of your business - you make it sound as if he was using your money!!
just move on - but you always need to have the last say - even if you are not on the correct path - it's his business what he does with hios money whether it makes sense to you or not - simple!
