As a fromer commercial lawyer holding until today a fair chunk of these shares, I am more than curious to contract the bullish statements made by the chairman and CEO over the last few months with the announcement - the observations of Motley Fool posted on this thread summarise the outcome of the tests.I live abroad but hope a suitably qualified person will look with a forensic eye on what is known and what was told, including the brokers "buy", with a view possibly to a class action against maybe delinquent directors and/or officials. I for one would be interested in being a co plaintiff if the prospects were judged reasonable.
As for the IP I am dubious given the track record and plethora of other untainted shells that we will find a buyer for something more than a giveaway price, if at all.
Can anyone enlighten me why Commsec reflect me as having a nil shareholding- do the shares vaporise given the present nil value? Do they re-emerge somehow. Haven't been here before thank goodness so curious.
