The existing shareholders only get diluted if they decide not to participate in any future required CR’s provided one has the funds they can maintain their percentage holding if they wish.
I’m not sure why people find the need for CR’s a problem for an exploration company such as this, the possible size of the resource and the number of shares likely to be issued by the time some level of production is achieved is very reasonable in my humble opinion.
Many companies have a great deal more shares on issue that are not as far down the track to production as BBX despite what the negative inuendo crowd would have people think.
