Whilst I do believe there could be some small avenues still open to the company as others have mentioned the crux of the matter is SP will stagnate around this level until the Co puts out an Ann with a pathway forward and then up to the mkt whether it is seen as viable or not.

Obviously, cost reduction, a slimmed down pure focus on maybe a couple of products in the interim that may have best chance of commercial or licensing legs, cornerstone or 3rd party if something like TPM does have said legs to go forward, cap in hand cost settlement discussion on spread payment terms with Mylan given agreement still there to work together (unlikely given Mylan hold whip hand atm I guess). 

Are the BOD committed to make some tough calls and restructures and have faith in the product performing to try find ways forward or do they pack up and pull the plug? 

As another poster pointed out, they have a small revenue stream and IP value, just depends what that is worth now. 

Re costs....below couple of articles and recent report into lack of consistency, transparency etc around diff arbitration processes. Is a bone of contention for many it seems. 

Is a muddied area appears and even the "winning" party can have "reasonable" costs award reduced around behaviours and handling of the arbitration eg dragging it out essentially which obviously always hurts the little bloke in legal cases. 

We'll know how bad when they do I suppose but the sooner the better a game plan one way or another is presented, even if does have to suspend or....?
