Looking at the whole board and not the individual plays, here is my take on this.
Well if Sprott's out I'm picking Ashanti Capital or someone linked to them via Eric de Mori and co to raise funds through their contact base. There's been an Ashanti site visit and also they hosted the aussie leg of the world tour last month.

Their clients should like a position even if it's for a quick buck just based on the announcement yesterday indication thick visual mineralisation for cores sent away currently for assay results for BR-25-18 and a possible extension to the Rupice deposit. Sound's like there's instant upside coming.

We've also been granted land extension and announced a series or mouth watering, anywhere in the world beating drill results over the past 3 weeks for those who may have forgotten or have been living in a bubble/hole since ADT listed and missed what happened earlier this year. Management have done a great job buttering the bread. Be nice to see more volume but IMO only a madman sells these at the moment. As my grandfather would say in this scenario "make every share a prisoner, lock it up, put it away".
SFR I can only imagine will want to keep their anti dilution rights in play and take up whatever is required to keep current % ownership, and that's at a minimum. This project has been heavily de-risked since they took an initial position so this is the time to loot the shop and grab as much as they can. As most already know they need to find something new or acquire someone else quick smart. ADT looks like the best contender of all their picks at the moment outside of jurisdiction risks which now look rather favourable for development.
Bosnia is not what it used to be, it's time to move on. I have friends from neighbouring Slovenia which is really the Switzerland of the Balkans, they never went to war. Anyway he's in Bosnia all the time, its not war torn, (there are land mines in some places still), but the people are not savages, they want prosperity and quality of life.
Lastly and what I believe is the most important fact to remember is management won't want to overly dilute their own interest, considering they currently hold circa 34% of the pie from memory.
It just makes no sense, you don't bust ass for an average salary for a few years and a bunch of shares and then give it away for nothing because you gave it to somebody else instead.

I'm sure they all already have plans for dream homes, boats, cars, holidays etc etc once their shares are released from escrow and they feel full value is realised. I sure know I would be.
Not going to have a guess as to the $ raised or price, but it's going to be the best deal they can get for themselves which in turn is the best deal for shareholders whether I'm right or wrong with my picks.
Theres plenty more upside to this but this will do for now.
Just my ramblings and nothing more, see you all here Thursday morning for the reveal.
