we are almost through another quarter, if we can get there mining what is inferred here maybe we wont need to do the raise (hopefully thinking) although the precedent for the raise being at 0.4c and thus the convertible notes at 0.44c will probably still stand, while I would like to vote that down as well I'm not sure we will have the shareholder power to do such things.

Hopefully in the meantime we are making money.
