You can’t have it both ways. NST’s share of the EKJV is either worth $156 million or it is not.
23.7% of last years production according to NST has a value of $156 million. 100% is therefore worth $658 million.
This basically leaves the value of Pogo and liquid assets at $4.7 billion according to NST’s own valuation of their EKJV and the current market price of their stock.
