FTT would have received an email last night advising results due Wednesday Night AEST. So that FTT could halt trading. And then whilst in a TH they have time to write the Announcement. It takes time to draft and double check. Some of these announcements can take weeks to draft depending on how many stakeholders are involved. Multiple stock exchanges further complicate matters.
It may come through toinight, but I suspect Thursday morning will be the time.
