    Correct me if I'm wrong :

    55k cash on hand
    125k income per quarter from gold sales
    114k cost of production
    260k expenses per quarter for staff/admin

    So raising is a given, no? 

    And the announcement is "promising". Sounds like they're in desperate need of some funds.
