You will not be able to find it in Australia, your iTunes account will be set to your region. I am not saying it definitely is released as I have not seen it with my own eyes.

I do know that you also cannot view the tv2africa app on the google playstore, but this one I know that I and many others have managed to find and install on our phones to check on any updates as they occur. VPN's etc are required to do so, it is this way by design.
