good work jukebox. Helps to dispel the theory that Glencore have done this to improve sales price and negotiations for fwd Cobalt contracts.
Add to that the fact that KAT:TSX lost about CAD$400mln of market cap after the news release, 87% (?) of which belongs to Glencore, + the USD$25m remedy and I'd say they would have preferred for this issue to NOT arise!!
