Documentation including the notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting [EGM] in December is being finalized and will be issued in the near term explaining the details of the deal.

The declaration of CZL only obtaining 80% ownership by ceh2009 is obviously unfounded and the detailed explanation will be in the upcoming letter.

The only thing we have not been informed of is the number of shares to be issued to the vendors of Arena.

$1,700,000 @ .0234 = 72,649,573 shares to MLAZ
$800,000 @ .0234 = 34,188,034 shares to ARENA vendors
