To acquire the additional 39% interest in MLAZ a payment of $750,000 plus issue of $1,700,000 will be made.
This move to 90% also triggers the issue of $800,000 of CZL shares to the vendors of Arena for their 10% [see below]

Documentation including the notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting [EGM] in December is being finalized and will be issued in the near term explaining the details of the deal.

The declaration of CZL only obtaining 80% ownership by ceh2009 is obviously unfounded and the detailed explanation will be in the upcoming letter.
