The announcement had desperation stamped all over it. They have legal costs both their own plus probably have to pay for the other party's, they don't have enough cash or income to pay for that alone, let alone ongoing running costs. If this survives, and it's a big 'if', it will take years to recover and more than a few successes along the way. I don't see that happening.
