    You wish to average down or hunting value?

    Either way I wouldn't do it. Last qtr report was lacklustre. Debt growing. Bonds could be downgraded anytime. Commodities are holding but geo-political risks are dampening exploration levels. These guys are right on the edge.

    Hopefully the situation is better than I've described..for all of us.
